'Atavistic Landscapes' is a meeting point of the old and new, where nature's resonance harmonises with digital abstraction, and where sight and sound become one. This collection of seven artworks encapsulates the spirit of Scott Booth's debut album, 'Atavistic'.
The music, a blend of acoustic guitar and the boundless palette of electronic sound, is an exploration of heritage meeting the future. These artworks are visual echoes of this journey, each inspired by a distinct aspect of the UK's diverse landscape.
Scott's off-grid studio campervan was his steady companion as he navigated through quiet valleys, age-old woodlands, serene coastal lines, mystical Scottish lochs, and the fossil-laden cliffs of the Jurassic Coast. Each location breathed life into a unique fusion of acoustic and electronic music, captured visually through the unblinking eye of his drone.
